Vivian is a witch that lived for hundreds of years, she as well as Carlos Decker holds a grudge against Leonidas Crimson, what they both have in common is that they lost one of their kin that was dear to them to the Crimson vampire. "Come Vivian, let us go to a more comfortable room to talk business".
Carlos Decker led the old woman to a room that was lavish and has couches that is brown, soft leather, with a table that has a bottle of blood and whisky. When they entered the room, he asked Vivian to take a seat in which she happily obliged "Is there anything you would like to drink Vivian" he asked her as he was pouring himself blood in a glass. "Some water would be nice; it was a long travel and I'm feeling quite parched".
"Maid!" Carlos Decker shouts
One of the maids that worked for Carlos Decker came into the room "How may I be of service master". Carlos took a sip of the blood that he poured himself "please get the lovely woman here some cold water". The maid gave a light bow "yes master" after the maid left, she closed the door. Carlos Decker then looked at Vivian "So tell me, what is this scroll you brought me and how is it going to help us destroy the Crimsons".
Vivian smiled, she then used her magic to move the scroll through the air from Carlos Decker into her own hands "This scroll took me great effort to get my hands on and I had to pull a lot of strings, further, this scroll has the dark magic called Eternal Shadow duplicate which is quite suitable to a man such as you".
"Dark magic you say, so what are the side effects?" before Vivian could talk, the maid who was ordered to get water came into the room and presented the glass water to Vivian.
Vivian slowly reached out her hand and took the glass of water from the tray "Thank you maid, now leave". Vivian then drank a mouthful of cold water "So where were we…oh yes… the side effects is that you must sacrifice your soul" she said with a smile "even though you are an immortal, this spell will burn your soul and afterwards you will only get to live for 5 months, however, these clones will get your power but they will be 5 times stronger, they won't die no matter what you do to them and the spell will only end after the user dies". Decker started to giggle "Hehehe, I have long since stopped caring about living as long as I can kill Leonidas and make him feel my pain… how long is it going to take?".
"I would need some time to prepare… are you in a hurry?"
"No, I am going to visit him tomorrow and see of there is any opportunity to inflict pain, I want to give him a taste before the main event"
"Oh, and I forgot" Vivian then retrieved a vial of purple substance from her pouch" she used her magic to move the vial into Decker's hands
Decker observed the vial "what is this?"
"That is the venom of an alpha werewolf"
"hehehe but I made some modifications to make it more potent, its tasteless and odorless. You must find a way for him to drink it… with Leonidas out of the way, destroying his whole family will be easy".
"I just don't want him to die, I want his whole family under the dirt" Vivian said after sipping on more water.
Carlos Decker then moved closer to Vivian "And it will be done Vivian, no one will be able to stop us"

The next day John was busy doing his training and sparing with Tip and Nate as usual, he would train until he passes out, he would then recover and redo the process. As John recovered from passing out, he slowly opened his eyes and lifted himself up, he felt the right side of his head that had a slight pain, he rubbed it before seeing Elena sitting on his right. "Oh, hello Elena howzit going?"
Elena gave John a warm smile "I am doing fine young master".
"Where is aunt Reina and the others, I still gotta whip Nate's ass for breaking my nose.". Elena then helps John to stand up from the ground "lord Reina said that young master needs a break from all the beating"
John scratch his head while smiling "Let's go for a walk" while Elena and John were walking, a carriage later arrived at the Crimsons castle and it was none other than Carlos Decker. When Decker came out of the carriage he stood there for a moment and overheard John and Elena's conversation as they were near his vicinity.
"Young master I am not going to work tomorrow and will be off for the weekend, does master still want to go for a hike in the Endlessgreen forest?" Elena asked shyly
"Yes!" John immediately replied while grabbing Elena's hands, John's actions made Elena's cheeks turned red
When Carlos Decker heard their plans, he began to grin "Perfect, just perfect, I do not know that kid, however, I have to confirm that he is a Crimson by blood, as his death will bring sadness and misery, I have to make plans as soon as I get home".
When Decker entered the castle, he and Leonidas talked in a private room. "What do you have for me Decker, I am quite busy these days"
"Greetings my lord, my client has a job for the Crimsons and he is willing to fork millions of gold and purple crystal coins for protection, however the client wants a meeting before he can make a decision"
"I do not care" Leonidas replied while doing paperwork. "My lord, this is an opportunity not to only get more money but also a business partner that can give my lord more influence, he is also friends with a rich family of dwarfs where my lord can buy high quality weapons and armour for the Crimson family…will my lord really throw away this golden opportunity?"
Leonidas stopped writing "You are not fucking with me right Decker?"
Carlos Decker bends his knee and bowed "I will never do such a thing my lord"
"Fine, I already have power and influence but getting more is not a problem, find a middle ground and arrange the meeting, now leave I have many paperwork that I must get done"
Decker then thought about what he overheard about the boy and maid plan to go to Endlessgreen forest for a hike "My lord before I depart, is the new boy I saw outside training one of your grandchildren"
"Yes, why do you ask Decker" Leonidas replied
Carlos Decker felt gleeful inside after confirming that the boy is indeed a family member or the grandchild of Leonidas Crimson "No its just small talk, I thought the boy has some resemblance to lord Leonidas and he gives off a mighty air"
Leonidas felt dissatisfied when he heard what Decker said "Hmph, that boy is the child of my youngest and only daughter; he is a failure and weak but a Crimson nonetheless" Leonidas felt irritated just thinking about John
Decker was especially happy inside when he heard that the boy was Leonidas youngest daughter's child, even though Leonidas do not care about the boy, he does care about his daughter feelings, this was his chance to inflict pain or even sever ties within the Crimsons family, Decker then pretended to care by asking "How so my Lord?".
Leonidas almost wanted to say that John was a hybrid but changed his mind "John is…he is a mutant vampire and does not have the full strength of a pure vampire and I despise him baring my blood and being weak… enough talking about him, if you do not have anything important to say, leave"
"By your will my lord" Decker left with his carriage. After getting home Vivian was sitting on the couch "So how did it go Decker"
"It went as planned Vivian, I also heard one of his grandchildren is going for a hike in the Endlessgreen forest and I am planning to send someone to kill him".
This peeked Vivian's interest as she could not help to ask who he is going to send
"I have this prisoner who is a werewolf, I am going to send him to kill the boy and in doing so maybe cause a small ruckus, then after two weeks I will take him to the fake meeting and trick him in drinking the poison"
Hearing Decker's plan made Vivian chuckle "You are probably the smartest vampire I met Decker"
"Thanks, my dear" Decker replied, "Guards get me another dancer, I want to dance".
