Amy Jewellers has 4 directors with 4 supervisors in each of director's team and each supervisors has 6 team leaders under them.But upper level meeting doesn't include team leaders only directors and Supervisors.
So 4 directors along with their respective team supervisors entered the room one by one.
In meeting room Lin Tao sat on the main chair supervising the whole meeting.
Every directors gave their sales report representing their respective teams.
After listening their report Lin Tao glanced at Riya for sometime.He is very satisfied with her team's performance.Though they fall behind in sales in middle of this month due to stealing of some regular customers of Riya's team by Bai caihong but he couldn't help her due to Powerful backup of Bai family specially Bai Zixuan behind Bai caihong.But he has to admit that they managed to pick up their sales within these 8 days.
"Now I am going to announce this month's top performer"Lin Tao said.
With this announcement Bai caihong's heart beats very fast because she is waiting for this moment since very long time,after Riya became director her glory got robbed.Now She got what she wanted though her method is cheap but who cares.What she care is Winning.
"Top performer of this month is team of director Bai's"Lin Tao announced.
With this announcement a ear to ear smile blooms Bai Caihong's and her team member's face.
"What do you pride yourself on? For cheating?Wow"saying that Xiu zihan's clap sounded in the meeting room.He didn't care about Lin Tao present or not.He is holding back since long time.
Lin Tao didn't stop him,he knows his nature.He didn't care about anybody when he is angry.
With remark of Xiu zihan's,Smile in Bai Caihong's face faded.
"Huh.You people couldn't manage your own customers and now condemning our director"Mei Lin argued back in support of her director Bai.
"Haha.Great Joke"Jia Li laughed back listening her remark.
"Oh.We didn't manage our customers properly.Right? Don't worry I will paid you guys back with my own method.Be careful to manage your own customers during next month"Xiu zihan smirked coldly sending a chill in Mei Lin's spine.She wanted to argue back but glancing at Xin zihan's frosty eyes she immediately shut her mouth.
"Enough you people.This is conference room not a marketplace where you people arguing"Lin Tao said in a cold voice.
"Director Bai came to my office with your team for receiving your rewards"Lin Tao said ending the meeting.Then he headed for his office room leaving behind directors and Supervisors.
"Director Bai, congratulations for this month's top performer"Director Ruan Said.
He has his eyes on Bai caihong since many years due to her family background.If he can manage to get her,Bai family also be his backing.
"Thank you director Ruan"Bai caihong said with a smile.
She knew director Ruan is vying for her for her family background but she didn't reject him straightforwardly because she wants to use him for her own advantages.
"Director Riya don't forget our challenge.Remember I said if you lose you will have to fulfill one of my wish"Bai caihong said glancing at Riya.
"I know.What is your demand?"Riya asked.
"Kneel down in front of me"Bai caihong demanded.
Team members of Director Bai and Director Ruan's laughed at her demand.Though Director Ruan have to admit that Riya is more beautiful than Bai caihong but she actually has no background.So he is less interested in her.And her pride is also a pain in his ass.For a girl who has no background what is use of this useless pride.So he actually dislike Riya for quite a long time.But her performance was always top notch so there was no opportunity to make a fun of her to destroy her pride.
Team members of Director cao neither laughed nor supported Riya team's.Director cao is a middle aged man known for his neutrality.He don't poke his nose in other person's matters.He left the meeting room with his teams.
"You Dare.I want to see who makes fun of our director in front of us"Lee chao barked.
Other team members of Riya also has a cold look on their faces.
"Hey why you people getting heated up.It is just fulfilling the promise."Bai caihong Sarcastically said.
"But you people are not eligible for making our director kneel down.Huh.By winning top performers one month,you reached on cloud nine.We are top performers since last 6 months.And you people want to compare yourself with us.How ironic."Jia Li sarcastically said.
"Why you're explaining to this cheapskate. I don't acknowledge this challenge.Let's go."Xiu zihan rebuked.
"Stop.Whom you called cheap? Don't cross your limit zihan.You seems to forget who my brother is."Bai caihong growled hearing his remark.
"I don't give a damn about your brother.Let him come after me."Xiu Zihan replied with a cold look.
Riya glanced at her team members with greatful eyes.From begining to end her team members protecting her like parents.It is not that she can't protect herself but they didn't give her that chance.
"So Director Riya you want to reneges on your promise.I didn't expected that from great director Riya."Director Ruan sarcastically said glancing at Riya.
Before Riya could reply a cold voice sounded behind them.
"Are work of Directors meant for arguing about stupid challenges.We are in a company where every second is valuable.If any of you don't want to value your work and spend times on making fun of other people,you are free to leave this company."Lin Tao coldly said shutting them up.
"Director Bai when I said to come to my office,it seems you people is more interested in that challenges than rewards.So there is no need for rewarding you people."Lin Tao left with this remarks.
"No.No.Vice president wait for me,I am coming"Bai caihong ran after Lin Tao with her team.
With that other people also dispersed from conference room.Before leaving Director Ruan cast a menacing look over Riya...
