Chapter 78: Result
"Torture?"
At first, Meixiang couldn't process what she heard from her little sister's mouth.
Jingfei nodded. "Torture."
Meixiang frowned slightly and said, "How so?"
Jingfei took a deep breath before answering.
"For thirty continuous seconds, I felt like I was thrown in a pool of lava. My entire body was burning and melting and the air I breathed suffocated and melted my lungs."
The group fell silent after hearing Jingfei's experience which she said in a relatively normal tone.
"It was... unbelievably painful that all I could think about is that I wanted all of the pain to be over already."
"But I couldn't... I couldn't move, breathe, or do anything except wait for my death while suffering through hellish pain."
Without a word, Meixiang and Zed moved together at the same time and pulled Jingfei into an embrace.
