Chapter 76: ...Where is this place?
Zed and Lan'er found themselves in a tunnel with chiseled parallel patterns on the walls. In front of them was a diverging path that led to two different dark tunnels.
Without saying a word, the two of them chose the left path. Zed also didn't forget to leave a mark just in case they might get lost.
The two continued to travel the path with Zed's fireball lighting the path. What Zed found strange was that the light wasn't reaching as far it could. The light could only reach as close as 1 meter from them and any further from that was complete darkness.
If they couldn't see the path they were walking on the floor, they wouldn't even be able to tell where they were as they felt like they lost their sense of direction.
Not only that but Zed could also felt that the tunnel was strange but he didn't know why.
