Chapter 176: A grave mistake
"You... a cripple?" The old perverted man said in contempt along with narrowed condescending eyes. His face visibly irritated from having been disturbed from his despicable intentions.
The little girl also stared at Zed strangely but when she heard the old man's voice, her body shivered in fear and subconsciously hid behind Zed's somewhat dependable back.
As for Zed, he could only curse at his own stupidity for involving himself in this situation.
'Stupidity doesn't even begin to describe it! What the hell am I thinking?!'
'I'm already more or less crippled and my body is in its weakest state!' Zed's right hand clenched into a fist as he wanted nothing more than to hit himself in the face right now.
Meanwhile, the old man took that involuntary action of Zed as a sign of aggression and so he asked, "What do you think you're doing, cripple?"
