Chapter 100: Halloween Special (You can skip, it's a filler episode but I don't recommend doing so, it's a nice chapter after all.)
This was before the time skip, where Zed, Meixiang, Jingfei and Lan'er had only been staying in the cleansing jade sect for a few months.
It was night time when Lan'er could be seen sitting beside a fireplace that lit the dark room. The room seemed pretty empty as there was nothing a but a large space except a few essential furniture such as a sandalwood bed, a wooden cabinet, and a rug that can be sat on while cultivating.
She was currently taking a break and since the temperature was considerably cold, she made a small camp fire and enjoyed the warmth it provided.
She listened to the calm and comforting sounds of the firewood crackling. At the same time, Tang Xiurong was enjoying the calm and serene atmosphere beside her disciple.
