Gabriel returned home after the class got over and was heading to his room when an authoritative voice stopped him.
"Gabriel" knowing who the person was, he halted on his steps and turned to look at his father.
The moment their eyes met, the air around them turned gloomy. Gabriel wasn't very fond of his father because of the profession he carried but being his only son, he couldn't ignore him.
Letting go of his displeasure, Gabriel walked towards Alphonse and took a seat next to him.
Alphonse had been trying to reach his son for some days. He wanted him to join the striker clan and take over the responsibility of the organization. But Gabriel was totally against it.
He never wanted to indulge himself in violence because of the price they had to pay in return and most of all, he never wanted to be like his father.
