"You remember I once asked you to stay away from Lucas Scott and his nephew" Ashley bobbed her head when he bought up the topic.
"I do"
"There was a reason behind it" he further stated.
Tristan wasn't sure about what game plans both Gabriel and Lucas were planning to plot against him. But still, knowing how cunning both were he tried to warn Ashley beforehand.
"I know" he heard Ashley say and his eyes looked at her with shock.
"How?"
Ashley pursed her lips into a thin line. She knew it would definitely upset Tristan but, she had been skeptical about Riel since the day she first met him for the photoshoot.
Something about him made her recall the incident of the masquerade party. She wasn't sure but she was doubtful that the man she danced with was somehow familiar to Riel.
