Clicking the door open, Karl and Gwen entered his house. It had been so long since they last met each other.
After whatever happened with Ashley, everyone inside the house was busy encouraging her. She too wanted to spend some time with her and cheer her up.
But now when everything was back to normal she couldn't stop herself from meeting him.
Placing the grocery bags on the table, Gwen rushed into the kitchen and poured two glasses of water for them, and walked out.
"Here" passing him the glass, she then sat next to him on the couch.
"Finally we got time for each other," she said placing the empty glass on the side table and leaned back resting her head on Karl's shoulder.
Karl too finished drinking the water and wrapping her arms around his hand he too leaned the side of his face on her head, resting peacefully for some time.
