Inside the cell, Sandra sat on the ground next to the wooden bed. Her appearance was disheveled, with dark circles prominent around her eyes. The shabby place was disgusting to her making her nauseous.
A wave of uneasiness once again passed through her and she quickly rushed to the small sink and threw up again. By now she had forgotten the count but even after so long, Sandra couldn't forget the disgusting smell this place emitted.
She had lost all of her energy and was on the verge of passing out but she couldn't as Tristan's betrayal kept running through her mind. Pushing her drained body towards the bed, she helped herself to sit on the ground with her back resting on the edge.
Her eyes burned with the tears that kept surging with his every thought, but she didn't cry. The man she loved like crazy turned his back on her. She confessed her feeling for her but what he did, he refused it.
