"You can wear it for tonight's party" I suggested to her.
"No I can't, it looks too formal for a night party, sure this party is not an award party so I will just wear casual wear that won't look too serious," she said, searching the clothes left in the wardrobe.
"I also don't have an idea of what I will be wearing for the party. I just hope this party will be fun" I said, picking up a chocolate bar.
"Girlllllll the party will be lit. Kelvin is a party feck expect nothing but the best from any party he attends, He rolls with icons of the party world, You remember I once attended a party with him which was out of the world. I will say put your hopes high" she said beaming.
"Ok ma my hopes are high already" I said nibbling the chocolate bar when Gabriella grasped it from my hands.
"Girl don't be a Bully you would have simply asked for a chocolate bar and I would have given you the last one remaining but you spoiled it so enjoy my remnant while I have a new one" I said, picking the last one from the shelf.
"That's not fair Paris, let's share this one also please I'm pleading" she said down in the dumps.
Laughing so heartily "You are indeed a chocoholic pleading humbly because of chocolate, Well for being remorseful I will be giving you this other one don't cry girl" I said tapping her on the back.
"Thanks," she said, collecting it from me." Because you gave me a chocolate bar that's why you are treating me like your little baby but I'm not complaining you can still give me more and treat me like a baby" she said chewing the chocolate.
"I can only treat you like a baby if I'm offering you chocolate don't you think you are being greedy? I asked.
"I know that's what you will say I love chocolate which implies I will do anything for it" She said.
"I know you will do anything for it" I replied walking to where I kept my bag.
I had packed my clothes into my bag already so I had to pick among my dresses for the party. I had no idea what to wear Gabriella also had no idea on what she will be wearing.
Turning to Gabriella" Will you be wearing that baggy shirt with a trouser? I asked her.
"That my newly acquired shirt? Yesss thanks for reminding me I will be wearing it with a blue jean, You can also wear a polo with a jean trouser also we can twin for the party" she said.
As Gabriella suggested I picked one of my baggy polo with a black jean trouser my shoes were still in the rack I had not packed them yet, I had this air force Nike canvas I had not worn for once in fact it was still with the branded pack of the shop I bought it from.I quickly unpacked it checking how it looks on my leg, I love how it looked in my leg well fitted and sure it goes with the clothes I had in mind to wear.
"Aren't we eating today? Gabriella asked
"Of course we will eat what you will be eating? I asked her.
"Can we get pancakes from that new eatery beside the rose garden? She asked.
"Yes we had not tasted any snacks from that new eatery"THE DELIGHT" had our esteemed patronage that we forget about other eateries around. Let's leave now for the eatery just in case we are to place an order then wait for it" I suggested.
We quickly changed from our pajamas into other clothes which we both could wear outside then left for the eatery. As we got to the pavilion it was empty unlike how students always sit around there the lodge was also quiet. If one screams it can be heard around as if everyone had left for home except us. Students doing their normal lives were after the lodge blocks and in the eatery just seems like students left their lodge to have fun then return later to sleep as entered the eatery we don't need anyone to tell us that students now send their day in the eatery because it was full the waiter and waitress were really busy as I said we had to place order then sit and wait because all their snacks had being sold out some students were buying them as it was being bought out from the oven. We were given seats by a waiter who noticed we had nowhere to sit. After standing for some minutes a movie was being shown so we weren't bored waiting for our order which was taking a long time to be delivered.
Luckily a customer placed an order for pancakes but he was yet to come for it so the waitress decided to give while another was being prepared for him all thanks to her we left there earlier than expected.
"This pan has a nice amora but I hope it tastes good because of its aroma," Gabriella said, unwrapping the pan cake.
"I will be using jam with my pancake. What will you be using yourself? I asked her.
"I will be using peanut butter, I have had enough sugary substance to last me a lifetime" she replied having a taste from the pancake. "I love this pan cake it's not too sweetened and it's floppy" she said passing it to me to have a taste.
"Yes it's good as its aroma is also worthy of the time we sat waiting for it" I said.
