"Yes it was a wild party" I agreed.
"I slept like I had just been hospitalized when I returned to my room but we all needed that party to shake the exam vibe left in us" Sera said.
"Yes we did, Are you working today? I asked her.
"Noo I'm not just coming to check the place" she said looking around.
"When are you girls going home? Sera asked.
"I don't know yet when we are tired of staying in college we will decide to go home but for now we all will have fun to its fullest.
"Gabriella had a terrible velsalgia after the party and her head was banging. I also had but mine wasn't as serious as hers, she had to rest for some hours before getting herself.
"Same as me but minutes after I got myself I did not take much of the alcohol because of its harsh taste," Sera said.
"Ohh I thought I was the only one with that experience. The alcohol was so harsh it also kept burning my throat. I just sipped a little then returned and kept the remnant on the table. I just felt my throat was sore after drinking it but it was just a mere feeling which was gone before I woke up.I said.
" So you also suffered a bit of a hangover. I can't taste alcohol anymore. I hated myself after being tipsy that night. I had this feeling to chuck up all thanks to the lime which was served with the alcohol I took which prevented me from messing myself up" Gabriella said.
"When did that happen? Sera asked.
"You were literally not with us, You guys left us to have some time alone in front. The lovebirds were just dancing and vibing to the music forgetting they came with their friends. We had to call you both when we decided to leave, " I said.
Grinning from ear to ear "That's not true you girls know right? She asked.
"Nooo" I and Gabriella replied in unison.
"Tell us," I said.
"The vibe in every party is always in front so we had to leave you guys for the front and also don't want to disturb you all because you guys were busy taking pictures and making videos" Sera said.
"That's a reasonable excuse, girl," Gabriella said.
"A reasonable excuse that's funny" Sera said as we all laughed. "I have stayed longer than I planned. It's high time I leave for other things now" she said standing to her feet.
"Ohh thanks for keeping us company" I said, hugging her after which Gabriella did.
" We talk later, it seems we have a party to attend off college" she said beaming "But Kelvin had not given us the details yet promised to get back to us both when he does I will let you both know" she said leaving to meet a fellow worker.
"Another party! Woaw there are lots of parties for us to attend before leaving for home" Gabriella said as we both sat.
"Yes they are, I will avoid drinking any harsh substance called alcohol" I said checking what the time was." Can we leave now? I asked.
"Sure we can," she replied.
We strolled to our room while watching some students ride their bicycles in groups and compete among themselves. That was more than an entertaining show for me. I love how they rode it in groups even though I dislike bicycles due to the constant sudden injury while riding on it. But with what I saw the love to ride bicycles was back. I just can't wait to get home so I can try some skills in riding bicycle which I just noticed among the riders.
Immediately we got to the room door. My phone rang which was in my back trouser pocket. I opened the door then entered before answering the call. I did not check the call.
"Hello" I said.
"Hey girl," The person replied.
That's Laura, what does she want? Again I asked myself.
"Hey, sorry I didn't check the caller," I explained.
"It's alright I was calling to inform you I just left college for home see you when we resume, My regards to Gabriella" she said ending the call.
"Woaw Laura has gone home, who else is in this lodge? I asked, pulling my sneakers.
"You are still in the lodge. I'm in the lodge so what's your question driving to?
"When do you guys plan on leaving the lodge? I asked Gabriella.
"Maybe in three days time I know my mom will be calling soon to order us home" she answered.
"Same I, I will be leaving the same day as you both. We will ask Kelvin when the party will be happening just hope we all will be attending" I said opening the wardrobe door. "I need to pick some clothes which I will be taking along with me when I will be going home" I said.
My space in the wardrobe had filled so that I could pick a cloth out of it without everything scattering so I decided to bring all the clothes out when my phone rang. It was under the clothes so I had to scatter the clothes to get it. Laura was the caller. What does this girl have to say again? I asked myself as I picked the call.
"Hey girl" I said
"Paris you and Gabriella have to be security conscious because I was attacked by some guys before leaving college" she said panting.
"Attacked?? How ?? I was so confused.
"Yes I was attacked just before the college gate. I ordered a ride which made me walk down a bit so I could see the driver easily. She explained.
