"He had already said that himself when we spoke, and it seems he wants peace," I said.
"Noah is not as cruel as he looks," Gabriella said.
"Yes he just has to show that benevolent side of him that people have not seen yet" I added. "I need to rest then prepare for the next exam. Can you check when the next paper will be? I asked Gabriella.
Holding her phone in her left hand " It's in the next two days' ' she said, connecting her phone to the bluetooth.
Covering my ear with my pillow "please can you reduce the volume I need some rest" I cried out.
She reduced the volume from her phone then minutes later connected her earbud to the phone so that nobody would be disturbing themselves. The quiet room made me sleep off not long after lying on the bed.
"Paris" Gabriella called out, tapping me. "Why are you always sleeping? Don't you get tired of sleeping? she asked.
"Ohhhh can't you see I'm sleeping? I asked.
"That's why I woke you, Don't sleep yet"she said, talking to my ear.
Covering both of my ears with my pillow, I could still hear her voice, which was loud . Gabriella is a pest and sometimes annoying"Gabriella I promise you chocolate bars if you allow me to sleep without disturbing me" I said somnolently.
"You don't have to give me anything I just wanted to disturb you a bit, Just close your eyes and cover your blacket" she said putting mine blanket over me then sat next to me with her earbud in her ear. Another weird personality here in college I said to myself as I closed my eyes.
I could hear Gabriella's voice talking to someone over some period of time also the person was replying her the conversation continued for some period of time then the female strange voice asked if I could be woken after which I heard footsteps approaching and a gentle tapping I woke up I actually thought it was a dream, Opening my eyes a bit I saw Laura she was the strange voice I was hearing.
"Hey" I said, stretching my body, then came down from the bed.
"Sorry for interrupting your siesta" she said.
"You don't have to, I have slept for a while now," I replied.
"How was today's exam? she asked as I sat down on a chair.
"It went well sucess will be our's" I replied.
" I came to appreciate you and your roommate for the help to both render and also keeping the secret within yourselves, Never had an ideal you both knew Sera" she said looking at us.
"Yes we all are friends and she is my twin brother's girlfriend" Gabriella replied.
"You have a twin? she asked, struck with amazement.
"Yes I have a twin brother Gabriel, He is one of our colleague" Gabriella replied.
"I know why you came to see us. We can never say the secret out because you had trust in us before telling the secret. Be rest assured that your secret is safe with us" I said smiling.
"Thanks," she said, grinning from ear to ear.
"You are welcome Laura" Gabriella replied.
"That's all I planned discussing with you both" she said.
I knew Laura would be bothered when she saw us chatting with Sera. She would pray that we don't tell her of the little secret which wasn't in any of our minds at that moment, I noticed fear on her face while chatting with us, which is why she stayed with us a bit before leaving. Thank goodness we did not trade her trust.
"I will be leaving now so as to rest a bit before I start reading. Can we read together tomorrow? she asked.
"Our squad do group reading which had helped us a lot, I also have this EBook which gives us guide and details explanation" I replied.
"Oh can I join you guys tomorrow? she asked.
"Yes sure you can, I will call you to remind you tomorrow morning" I said.
"Thanks I will expect you call tomorrow" she replied opening the door.
I and Gabriella saw her off to her room so we both can also know her room,Her room was like our's seems the lodge just had one design each rooms looks like the other she was living alone but with a bunk bed, The wardrobe showed she stayed alone the other side meant for the roommate had being converted to shoe rack so I knew she stays alone.
"Why is your roommate not staying with you? I asked.
"She stays off college I don't know her, She resumed before me then left a note that she will be staying off college that I should not report of her not resuming long talk don, Like I'm happy she left to be sincere she barely stayed a week in the room when she was leaving the room was so unkempt and dirty I can't imagine how our stay would have being" she said with this frustrated look on her face.
"I know people that had the same complaint about their roommate. If we were to pick a roommate again I will pick Paris a million times," Gabriella said, hugging me.
"Thanks I will also pick you a million times even with our misunderstanding your pester behaviour I still prefer you" I said.
"I won't mind staying with you both because I suffer from boredom most times" she said.
"You are welcome to come visit," Gabriella said.
"I will be coming thanks for the invite"she said as I and Gabriella left for our room.
