"Mom, how is Mason? Gabriella asked.
"He is fine and on medical field work, thanks Gabriella for asking after Mason" her mom said.
I could hear the joy and satisfaction in her voice as she spoke on the phone and I was happy.
"Mom it's nothing actually we have accepted him already so my regards to him when you both speak, I had a little accident yesterday mom" Gabriella said.
"Accident? Gabriella, how did it happen? Her mom asked, surprised.
"Mom please be calm, it's not that much, it's just a cut on my head which has been stitched and the stitch will be loose by tomorrow," Gabriella said.
"I will be coming to check on you tomorrow, my baby" her mom said.
"That won't be necessary mom I feel better now and Paris is taking good care of me" Gabriella said.
"Regardless, I will still be coming tomorrow my baby and also inform Gabriel of my coming tomorrow. Bye for now and also take care of yourself" Her mom said, ending the call.
"Mom just want to stress herself over nothing by coming" she said dropping her phone.
"You don't expect your mom to believe you are fine after hearing you were involved in an accident do you? I asked Gabriella with this funny look on my face.
"But I told her I was getting better already, which I am," Gabriella replied.
"When she sees you then she can believe you were telling the truth" I replied Gabriella with a smile giving her the hot tea I made for her.
Slipping the tea" Paris thanks for the tea" she said, continuing to slip the tea.
As she was slipping the tea a notification got into her phone so she checked it. I just noticed she kept scrolling on her phone.
"What is Gabriella? I asked, trying to peep through so I could see what she was checking on her phone when she stretched the phone to me. It was Gabriel and Sera's live video she was just watching.
"I don't like what these two people are doing," she said.
I was happy hearing that from Gabriella which means she is not in support of their so called relationship I said to myself.
"Gabriel never told me he was dating Sera now, why did he not tell me? She asked.
What's this girl saying I thought you were even upset about the relationship not knowing it's just about them not informing you that is troubling you I said hissing loudly unknown to me.
"Paris" Gabriella called out tapping me.You just hissed aloud.
"Yes, really I hissed aloud? I was surprised.
"Yes you did, Are you ok? Gabriella asked.
"Yes I'm" I replied. When will you be resting because you need it? I asked Gabriella.
"I will be resting now" Gabriella said, keeping her phone by her pillow and laying on her bed with her eyes closed.
As Gabriella slept I went to rinse her tea cup then came to watch a movie on my phone and also kept checking on her regularly. She slept for some time still watching my movie when I heard a knock on our door. I quickly went for the door. It was Kelvin,Gabriel and of course Sera.
"You guys are welcome" I said as I opened the door. You can have your seat. I gave Sera and Kelvin our reading sit while Gabriel sat close to Gabriella on her bed.
"Has she slept for long? Gabriel asked me.
"Yes she has slept for some hours" I replied.
As we spoke Gabriella opened her eyes smiling to Gabriel.
"Hey how do you feel now? Gabriel asked Gabriella to assist her to sit up.
"I feel better now the pain killers helps a lot" she replied, mom called so I told her about the accident and she kept insisting she will be coming tomorrow.
"So mom will be coming tomorrow? Gabriel asked.
"Yes she is,That reminds me Sera how come you and Gabriel were dating and I had to find out on your post on instagram? She asked Sera with this funny look on her face.
"Ohhh Gabriella we are sorry, we are actually planning on telling you right Gabriel? He asked, turning to Gabriel.
"Yes we were planning on letting you know before that accident but you already know" he said walking to where Sera was seated holding her hand then kissed her on the lip.
"Will you let Mom know of your new relationship? Gabriella asked.
"Yes I will tell her tomorrow when she comes,'' Gabriel replied.
"Please guys can we take a stroll a little? I'm sick of sitting down here doing nothing" Gabriella said standing up to pick up the bucket hat.
"I'm coming let me wash my face" I said walking to the restroom and returning seconds after we left for the stroll I and Gabriella with kelvin were walking in fornt gisting while the lover birds were laughing and playing by the back. We went to get smoothee in the tuck shop which took some time because it was just being prepared so we sat and were waiting for it when Gabriel and Sera joined us where we were seated.
"Are we getting only smoothie? Gabriel asked.
"Yes, do you want something else? Gabriella asked.
"Yes I'm starving, Sera, which snacks will you be suggesting for me? He asked Sera with this seductive smile.
"You guys have tasted our string cheese right? Sera asked, turning to us.
"Yes I ordered it the first time I patronaged you guys and it's tasty" I replied.
"Let me also taste it, who is also interested in having string cheese? Gabriel asked as he stood up.
As Gabriel stood up to walk to the snacks selection in the tuck a tuck attendees came with the smoothie we ordered then she greeted Sera who was also grinding as she replied the greeting.
