Immediately prof Jack stepped out of the class Gabriel walked up to me as he came closer I felt millions of butterflies flying around me.
"Hey Paris"smiling with full confidence "are there any personal reasons why you nominated me? still smiling looking at me valorously.
That smile was actually pissing me off,this guy is a bit annoying i said within myself,trying to avoid his smile captivating me "Gabriel I just nominated you because it was only your name I know among the male in the class Don't feel too special about it"turning from his direction to pick my bag
"We aren't quarreling Ms paris.
Turning back at him "It's Paris not Ms paris and I never said we were quarrelling "
"That good knowing we are on the same page,Paris can we be friends?
"We are not enemies Gabriel or are we? Looking at him expecting a reply for him
"No we are not that means we are friends,let's shake to a peaceful friendship"he said happily
He was being sweet that moment we both shaked and exchanged contact when all this was happening gabriella my new found friend and roommate was busy with her phone,she was actually seeing a movie."Gabriella" I said tapping her to call her attention,"Are u not hungry" I asked.
Removing the Earbud"Am actually hungry but was just waiting for you"
"Let's get nibbles at the cafeteria,"I told her.
As we were about leaving the class Gabriella turned to Gabriel" Hiii Mister you really smell nice is that why you forgot to greet me" looking at him in a discerning manner.
"Gabriella, I am really sorry for not greeting you. It honestly escaped my mind,by the way you really look pretty in this dress and your hair is well packed today"touching the hair band on her hair.
"Thanks for your compliment but my hair is also packed well Mister"
"Are you really sure about that?he asked
"Yes"
Both started laughing
A bit confused on how they are relating well maybe they know themselves from home.
"Can we head to the cafeteria? Am famished"I said, dragging Gabriella who was standing with Gabriel.

Getting to the cafeteria, it was a big space with lots of students there,it was beautiful with the lovely designs that were done with paints. Also, cool music filled the air which was coming from the speaker by the end of the cafeteria. Some workers were also there. I guessed they were the cafeteria's workers because of their outfits they were wearing a pink colour apron with a black colour low flat shoe also their hair were covered with a white colour hair scarf. We sat in an empty space. The menu was already placed by the table. I placed an order for chicken and chips with a carbonated drink,Gabriella also placed an order for the same snacks and drink.
I noticed Gabriel was just busy on his phone."Gabriel are you not ordering for anything?
Raising face up "I don't feel like eating now thanks for asking"
"You are welcome" I said, picking a journal from my bag while still inserting my Earbud because the music playing in the cafeteria had gone off and I love listening to music as I read.I noticed a person's shadow close to me checking who the person was, that weird chubby girl from class.
"Hey" I said with a fake smile.
"Hello Paris, I apologize for bothering you" , noticing I was a bit busy before she came.
"It's nothing actually" I replied looking straight at her,"you can have your seat" I said pointing to a seat behind her.
"Thanks" I just wanted to tell you something on my mind.
"What is it?
Smiling "I really like you Paris"
Looking at her so addled
" I just like your manner of approach,your grooming is emulating and desirable.
"Thanks for the compliments that was so thoughtful"i said smiling back to her.
"You are welcome" That's all for now" She replied, About standing up to leave
"Can i know your name?
"I'm Sera Johnson,You can call me Sera
"It's my pleasure meeting you Sera" I said with an open smile.
As she was leaving the cafeteria I noticed Gabriel was just staring and he continued until she was no longer insightful.
" dude you can literally walk up to her if u like her than just being a mere admirer"Gabriella said who has also been noticing he has been staring at Sera for so long.
" I know Ms and am not admiring her I just love her height that's all"
" It's starts bit by bit you know
"I don't know what you are talking about Gabriella,"he said, looking at her in a low tone.
As they were talking I was already feeling jealous and envious.

Walking back to our lodge I was still jealous so I tried hiding it "Gabriella did you enjoy today's classes"just to avoid thinking of the whole issue.
"Yes I did and I like Prof Jack in particular even though he has not really taught us and congratulations on your nomination Paris' ' Hugging me so tight.
"Thanks Gabriella," I said, smiling.
