"That guy had to die. Why do you think the police found his body so quickly?
"He sold Holy Blood that led to someone's death; the cops were already watching him.
"If he hadn't died, he would definitely have been caught by the police, and he would have ratted you out first.
"You should be thanking me, because it was I who saved you, not complaining to me."
Jefferson's momentum weakened, "I'm not complaining; I just think you sometimes act too impulsively."
