I don't feel anything changed. Do I need to do something?
Martial Arts list.

[Qinggong]
Shadow Blood(Mastery:0)(Train)
-----------------------
I touch "(Train)"
The space around me lights up, marked by cubical blue lines.
----------------------
Training Mission:
-Run 2km(0/2)
-Jump 1000 times(0/1000)
----------------------
What?
...
For starters, I follow what the mission tells me to do, running countless laps inside this cramp cave and jumping. Since the system did not specify how high I must jump, all I did was mini hopping.
At the ceiling of my cavern, every two days, they will open some sort of seal and move a rock out of the way, revealing a small gap. The purpose is to throw some rice balls and buckets of water down.
Most of the time, I do my "business" at the corner of the cavern, burying whatever faeces below the gravel to mitigate the smell.
Anyways, I managed to complete the task in 2 hours...or at least it felt like 2 hours. I don't know. There is no way to tell time accurately down here.

Congratulations! The player has acquired "Shadow Blood".
Mastery: 0->1
----------------
!!!!
Instantly, the basics of the technique are imprinted into my mind. All I did was touch the book, I didn't even flip through it, and the system already registered it.
"This...might be easier than I thought!" I mumble.
Although that was what I said, it still requires effort. To increase the mastery of Shadow Blood, I have to constantly exercise a variety of weird training missions.
Three weeks passed in a flash just like that...

Congratulations! The player's effort has paid off!

Doing exercises and training can also rack up experience points, that's why I levelled up to 10. However, the speed is too slow.
"Phew..." I say, wiping the sweat off my forehead.
I managed to fully master the technique.

I try out the technique on the spot. Standing at one corner of the cavern, I leap to the other side, avoiding the light emitting from the torch. As a result, my body instantly "teleports" to the opposite corner.
What the...
All I did was simply move my body in the dark and the technique automatically activated, as if I have been using it for decades to the point it becomes muscle memory.

I've been working too hard for the past few weeks. I should rest my body.
After around 3 days, the seal above my cavern opens. "Hey! Get out!" Someone shouts from above, a long rope drops down.
I grab hold of the rope and climb my way out.
As expected, the moment my head leaves the cavern, I can already see the other disciples climbing out of their respective holes. I have become more accustomed to light so the rows of torches no longer hurt my eyes.
"Hello again! It's been some time." Says a familiar rough voice, it's the man again from before with a huge scar across his chest. "I haven't introduced myself yet. I am Kai Heng, the First Blood. In short, I will be facilitating all of your growth."
Kai Heng smiles when he glances at another disciple. "I like your spirit."
I gaze at where he looked to see a young man glaring openly at Kai Heng. He is tall and has a youthful face, with glamorous black hair and sharp eyes that can captivate maidens. In his hands is the corpse of a woman.
When I peer back at Kai Heng's original location, he is gone.
"What's wrong?" Says Kai Feng to my right.
!!!
I couldn't sense anything, Kai Feng just miraculously teleported to the guy who glared at him.
Kai Feng's smile turns into a wide grin.
The guy starts to tremble against Kai Feng's indomitable pressure. I notice a few disciples scoffing gaze, and I must agree, he is foolish.
"If you want revenge, grow stronger. What's your name?" Says Kai Feng.
"Hao Xiang."
Kai Feng nods. He ignores Hao Xiang and went on.
I widen my eyes.
What? Just like that, Kai Feng lets it slide?!
Why did he do that?
I can think of two reasons:
1. Hao Xiang is not a threat to Kai Feng, thus, Kai Feng wasn't bothered to kill him.
2. Kai Feng thought of Hao Xiang as a potential asset to the Blood sect.
However, the latter option comes with a huge risk. A beast is worthless if it can't be tamed after all. Why is Kai Feng so confident that he can control Hao Xiang?
!!!!
Is there...something in my...no, in OUR body?!
