"I'll begin with training, while the later half is still being sorted out the first five years are planned- Week 1 through 55 will be solely on physical and mental training such as initial conditioning– where the recruits will first be throttled into military training, as most are underfeed civilians; strength-building– where the initial conditioning will be built upon; endurance training; mentally they will be first trained in anti-torture, basic waterboarding, whipping, and other basic torture methods; fear elimination, and most importantly team building exercises" Khoris began after getting a silent nod of approval, while not bothering to condescendingly explaining literally everything to a battle-hardened commander "Week 56-101 they will begin their training with hand to hand combat, swordsmen ship, Godremic, and tougher anti-torture– of course from the beginning they will learn the new Istaci language and will begin augmentation with drugs, brainwashing, and propaganda"
"Week 102-157 will be advanced versions of hand to hand, swordsmen ship, Godremic, basic medical skills, and finally more team building activities, "
"Week 158 to 213 will be the same as the previous year while adding basic infiltration, espionage, explosives making and handling, surveillance, and hiding activities, and at the end of the year they will begin their environmental training starting with ice and cold terrain"
"Finally weeks 213 to 268 will be more environmental training and survival skills in ocean to lake environments thus learning combat diving, forests to barren plains they will learn important skills such as staying warm or cool, getting water, and food from minimal equipment while staying hidden from any who would stalk" Khoris ended
"I assume they will have these skills constantly tested? Even long after they learned them" Aleister asked
"Of course, through their entire time at this center, they will prove their mastery of the skills taught, if they can't then they will have them beaten into them until they can" Khoris laughed a bit
"Very good, however, I want you to add a new section to train officers, I want them to mostly focus on a high command role, marshal commanders and up, while not completely incompetent in hand to hand and swordsmen ship I still want them to focus on strategy, command, resource management and every skill a commander could possibly use or need"

"As per your request, their equipment will be the best, with a light but powerful para-steel shell and a very thin and light but durable inner shell of only Patonuium Alloy both of them will act together stop kinetic and super hot plasma rounds, the body glove under their armor will also have Patonuium alloy shavings in it stopping them from ripping while also allowing for combat in every environment with cooling and heating built-in" Khoris once again began talking "their helmet will have multiple features cramped inside, air filtration, aiming assistance and a scope connection inside the visor, communications arrays, and vision systems allowing for sight in dust clouds, fog, clouds or any other visual impairment"
"Other than the suit and helmet, they will all be equipped with a robe similar to their body glove, yet bigger shavings and more of them will allow them to use the robe as a shield from rounds and swords alike, for weaponry, they will be outfitted with a Patonuium sword for close and personal fighting, a handgun of a kinetic or plasma variety make and model depending on their personal preference, as for medium to long range a simple Etherian class handheld rifle will be issued"

'My god' Aleister thought '5 million soldiers that's what 400 billion and that's without damages and repairs, I could commission a whole Wimvana with that kinda money alone; with food and shelter and all of the other expenses, a Barre class could be made together a ridiculous amount of money… thankfully most of them will not make it'
Throughout their walk they had passed dozens if not hundreds of rooms filled with children and instructors, medical staff treating small cuts and abrasions, and neigh uncountable amount rooms filled with large storage creates filled with material, food, and weaponry.
During their talk they had walked at least two miles, nearing the end of their walk to the 'main hall 1' entering through the double doors and onto a platform– easily twenty stories in the air the platform overlooked at least 200,000 in small boxes of 200, they were simply running around the circular track– while another 3,800,000 was in the interior and were doing simple exercises like push-ups and sit-ups.
The 200,000 were part of the few that were either thieves and stole their food thus not only being properly fed but also semi-good runners, but also the groups taken from orphanages in bigger cities with enough budget to feed everyone. While the whole track was 15km in circumference with the weak bodies and endurance of the children they were only expected to run a few km each day while slightly upping the amount every subsequent day, inside the track was the equivalent of 15,000 football fields therefore each group of 200 got a half football field worth of space to exercise.
Space wasn't the problem, in fact, the main hall 1 alone could hold all 5 million comfortably and could double before getting cramped, no, it was instructors. Even when a thousand royal guards were transferred that was still 24,000 groups of 200– thus a great portion of the special forces that served before the commission of the new special forces legions such as star fall and the prime, while not ideal currently they are simply drilling any rebellious activity into the ground under foot while also getting the physiques of the children up, if they couldn't do that then Aleister wouldn't trust them in the military in general.
Leaning on the rail Aleister looked upon the future Istaci, "how many children are on the daily intake"
"For now, intake has stopped, we simply can't fit such a large amount of people yet, 3 million of these children sleep in this hall with construction on the large dorm complexes underway after the completion of this main hall," Khoris said with a slight abash
"Triple the construction workers, I want this facility completed by the end of the year, double the capacity previously planned"
