Chapter 9 - Chapter 9

"My ministers, my generals, and my admirals' court is now in session," Aleister said while sitting in the same comfortable seat he had on this day for the past four weeks

"Today our outline is the division of space, the division of fleets, expansion of military infrastructure and facilities, expansion of civilian and military science alike, Expansion of governmental infrastructure, implementation of our currency into the newly acquired planets, and the plan for the inclusion of the new systems of not only the Stigquits but also the eventual inclusion of the Caesseian systems" Aleister huffed "Because of the large amount of material today, I recommend that the affected officials take notes"

"Starting with the Division of space and the Administrative terms for said division, as requested the minister of the interior, the minister of defense, and the head of the Alumit have collaborated intending to create a comprehensive and complete terminology of the future division of space"

"Thank you, your grace. To truly understand the terminology that I will present to the court today I must first explain the galaxy" An old man stood up with shaky arms and began speaking in a very deep and guanty voice "According to the astrologists in the science division there are about 85 trillion stars and the galaxy is about 5.6 million lightyears across, meaning 85 trillion systems"

"Now that the size of the galaxy is heard clearly, now let us get to terminology. There are multiple sets of terminology we have come up with; administrative, military, and special designations" after the winded old man had sat down a more robust and younger woman had stood up "As the minister of the interior I shall present the Administrative Terms"

"Starting with systems, Each star is a system, while a star with a planet or planetoid with life is called an Inhabited system. A thousand systems is a subsector, a thousand subsectors is a sector, a thousand sectors is a region, and finally, ten thousand regions is a quadrant. Every inhabited planet has a military Governor and an Administrative Governor, above that is a magistrate who controls 100, while a minister controls fifty magistrates. Due to the ginormous amount of officials, there will eventually be, I wholeheartedly suggest that the field of AI is heavily invested in so the burden isn't so heavy" in response to the final part of her speech Aleister nodded a little but didn't dwell on it too much, as he doubted he would be able to expand that much anyway.

"As the minister of defense I shall present the Military terms and Special designations" a man with the same physique as Crizabbion stood up and began talking "Starting with the navy, I suggest that each subsector, sector, region, and quadrant have a central control center for any navy activity, while the size of the respective fleets stationed in those zones are weighted on importance"

"These fleets depending on the surrounding areas such as a border zone or a capital of trade, shipyards, or an important planet be it militarily, economically, or administratively could have fleets up to the thousands in the subsectors to millions in the regions, to this end I recommend that the Naval academies not only be expanded but have the creation of many, many more."

"Lastly Special designations, these are things that an official can apply for on a planet be it a nature reserve, a restricted area, a royal fief, a resort world, a penal colony, a fortress world, an Ecumenopolis world be it industrial, military, economical, or scientific in origin, and finally any primitive species that is to be observed instead of being interfered with"

"Your grace these are the things that we had come up with, we pray that they do not fall short of your expectations!" the old man once again stood up and huffed after a second "Afanas, head of the Alumit you have done exceptionally well, and all of the terms will be accepted into official terminology, and practice! to accommodate that a board of five officials will be created to oversee the creation of special designations, of course when the load becomes too much to bare it will be expanded upon. the head of the board shall be called 'The minister of Special Designations'"

"Now for Naval Designation, The main naval doctrine from now on is extreme specialization, and firepower, meaning that there will be almost every ship type in a fleet be it carriers, destroyers, frigates, corvettes, cruisers, and any possible support ship and if we get to the point there will be dreadnaughts acting as flagships and important strategic pieces on any battlefield"

"With the expansion of the kingdom, navy, and armies so must the infrastructure that supports them. Five billion Stryminat will go to the Naval Officers Academy for expansion, Four Billion Stryminat will go to the Army Officers Academy for expansion, 20 billion Stryminat will go to the expansion of the planetside military complexes on Tolryke and finally, Eight Billion Stryminat will go to Pyroella for expansion" Aleister read off multiple lines of notes that he had previously taken just before the court session "additionally the construction of 13 new super large freighter ports with a minimum total daily allowance of 200 billion tonnes will be constructed on the planets of Dochion with three ports, Vore with three ports, Tolryke with two ports, K'tus with three ports, and Naston with two ports, the construction will be outsourced with oversight, 20 billion will be allocated"

"With the expansion of the military and strategic infrastructure, so must our scientific sectors, 16 billion Stryminat will go to the construction of 24 new military science complexes, eight of these will be focused on the creation of an AI that is not only loyal, but powerful enough to analyze the situation across the entire kingdom, and in the future beyond, 12 of them will be for the advancement of military armaments, ship hulls, ship thrusters, ship guns, FTL technology, shielding, experimental devices, cloning, Biomechanics, genetic engineering, Megascale engineering and planetary engineering, and finally Nanotechnology, while the last four will pick up any slack; 15 billion Stryminat will go to the Research budget every year"
