Chapter 53
I dropped the glass of water on the table, and turned to take my leave then I saw Anderlin standing right in front of me. I was shocked, I wondered how long she's been standing there. She clapped her hands and looked at me scornfully shook her head while staring at me from head to toe " so the parasite has finally found whom to leech on, " she walked pass and circled round me " you'll always remain a pest and a parasite no matter how hard you try," you can never be anything more than the daughter of useless and gold digging mai... "before she could complete her statement I gave her a dirty slap. " Don't you dare insult my mother" as said as I fummed in anger.
" You slapped me?" She said in shock..."oh so you're still a rascal after all these years" " this is war Arielle, you've crossed the line, I'm going to make sure you get what you deserve" she held her cheeks as she rushed upstairs.
I looked at her as she ran upstairs " oh yes Anderlin you cannot intimidate me, this is not your father's house remember? I shouted as she disappeared from my sight.
I went back to my room and lay on my bed, I began to recall all that happened. There's no way I'm going to allow Anderlin or anyone step all over me again I was determined to fight back..
Drey came back much later and I went to his room to see him, this was the first time I was entering into his room, it was like a haven, very massive and full of elegant furnitures.
I couldn't help but look around with my eyes wide open, I walked pass where the chairs are and I saw a mini dinning table and two chairs this was quite bigger than the one I had in my room..I walked pass the dinning area then I saw a mini library and just right after that I stepped Into Drey's closet. I gasped, his clothes were properly arranged from shirts, to suits, to blazers, tuxedos, ties, trousers, and briefs. This were all arranged in their own sections...
I was amazed at how someone could have so much clothes, I moved further still into the closet and I saw the shoes sections, different designs of shoes where arranged ranging from boots to sneakers. After walking pass the closet, I came into the room itself which had a massive king sized bed I could see Drey's clothes on the bed so I guessed he was having a bath, I quickly picked up his jacket close to my nose and inhaled the scent... I smiled as I cuddled the jacket. " Missed me that much?" I heard him say from behind, I turned around and I saw he standing with water dripping down his chest, the towel round about his waist, I gulped as I looked at his abs he looked so strong and his chest was covered with hair...he moved closer to me with a smile plastered on his lips.
My heart beat increased rapidly... I moved back but there was a cupboard behind me, he moved closer and pinned me to the cupboard. " I've missed you all day" he said in a whisper and before I could know what was happening his lips landed on mine.
