Sarah had gone in the kitchen and I am to stay seated while the pack doctor returns from town with some herbs for my legs. I as well was waiting for Jonathan to arrive as I wanted to see the damage. Luke wasn't talking to me. All he did was look at the wall. I could see the urges to cry so clear as day. I sighed out. I am such an idiot. In the end I should have listened. Nobody is changing any of that. This place is so silent. The only sound that was being emitted was Ashton's pacing. He was pacing back and forth. I looked at my leg once again and I just sighed out. How long will I be bedridden? Knowing Luke I doubt he will let this slide.
The door slams open and I looked behind me and there stood a shirtless man. He was covered in old and new scars. Some bruising. I assume the bruising and the new scars are from fighting? Or is this Jonathan. He looks my way and he had a big smile on his face. Yeah that's Jonathan. He had a scar across his eye. I felt shocked. It is a pretty old scar. He walked to me and fell on his knees. I felt completely shocked. Now that I can see him closer he looks older than me and Luke. I tensed up completely as I didn't know how to respond to his actions.
I felt so confused. I just didn't understand what was going on. Why is he on his knees? Isn't he hurt? He should be in pain and just standing. Not on his knees that look completely bruised up. I almost winced in pain when he fell on his knees. I looked at Luke who had his hand in his face.
"P-Ple-Please stand up... You must have gotten hurt..." I tell him as I gestured to stand up
He looks at me surprised "Bu-But Luna... This is customary..."
I smiled gently and say "I think of you as family... Not some servants or lower ranks or whatever the hierarchy in the werewolf world has"
I didn't like the way this has a hierarchy but in the end we humans have it as well. The government. The Police. The Hospitals. Even regular jobs in McDonalds. But they have it more relaxed though. In the end I cannot complain as they are so more balanced out. Their hierarchy is more balanced out into just packs. I can see how everyone loves what they do. But seeing how Jeremy just fell on his knees all bruised up and scratched up. It just hurt me as well. I haven't been so long. I had a whole month literally being locked up and I just wanted to hug everyone. Meet them all. But in the end I will have to follow the rules. Their rules are really different.
I need to get use to all the rules in this world. I looked at Luke who was deep in thought. Jonathan silent as they can be. Shocked to be precise. How is this shocking? Is it something very different? Do werewolves have difficulty apologizing after losing control? Do they lose control very easy? How long does it take for a werewolf to lose control? Even more how does a Lycan lose control? Is it something difficult?
I looked down as I stared at my leg as it was starting to itch 'No scratching...' I know it will hurt like hell the moment I try to scratch. I looked at Sarah as she just was spacing out. Her eyes wide open. I tilt my head slightly a bit confused. I have never seen Sarah space out like that. Jonathan moved a little bit and I looked at him. Is he finally standing up? Though I did expect the little bit of hesitation. Though none of the other fall on their knees on seeing Luke. He did say it is customary but the only people I want to make fall on their knees are the ones who have hurt me. But I know that will never happen. It would be a beautiful view.
My mother on her knees begin me to help her. The hunters begin for their life. I almost smiled in a way I do not wish Luke to see. I do not want him seeing that side of me. I need to keep myself stable and balanced out. I need to stay positive. I cannot wish pain or death to anyone. I sighed out as I looked at Jonathan.
He slowly stands up and speaks gently "I have been summoned here... Is there something you need assistance with?"
He had a big smile on his face I looked at Luke "Luke and I have something to tell you..."
He looks between us and Luke speaks gently "I... I apologize Jonathan... I let my anger take control and you have gotten hurt because of it"
"No Alpha... Don't worry you do not need to apologize!" he tried protesting
So I speak "Again... If Luke see's you as family and I see you as family we both need to apologize... If I had followed Oliver's message from Luke... None of you would have gotten hurt and I would have not gotten kidnapped"
He looks at me in shock as I could see the tears "Jonathan... You have met my father... I see you as my uncle... So yes we must apologize... To all of you"
"Yes... I am going to be part of this pack in the end... So don't call me Luna... No formalities... Please Kira would be fine... And I am sorry... I should be more considerate of my actions..." I tell him
I saw his tears slide down and he falls on his knees slamming his head on the floor "I do not deserve your apologies"
I felt completely panicked now "P-Pl..."
"Jonathan..." Luke spoke gently but firmly "You trained me... You basically gave me advice... You helped and even stayed by my side when my parents passing..."
"You also stayed even when I went into coma..." a female voice emerges
I shrieked a bit and I looked to the side a woman was leaning against the wall a big smile "A-Aria?"
Aria? Who is she again? How come I never met her? Where did she come from? I can sense her powers. Such ability. Such strength. Wait? She was in a coma. I looked at her with big eyes as I felt completely confused. I looked at Ashton who was looking down sadly. So he knows her. I looked at Sarah as she looked like a puppy. Though holding herself back. I think she wants to jump on the woman so badly but she is staying still. Luke was looking down just like Ashton is. But he had a faraway look in his eyes. But he had shook his head gently and just looked up. He noticed me looking at him and he looked away quickly.
What am I missing?
"Please Jonathan stand... In the end we are family just like the L... I mean Kira says..." the way she spoke it was really elegant
"Aria... Luke... I have seen you basically grow up into fine adults... I will always be by your side fighting until my last breath... I will even follow all your orders" I looked at Luke as Jonathan said all that
I glanced at Jonathan and Luke nods as he says "Well my order for you is to have a vacation... Rest up... Heal your wounds..."
"Vacation?" Jonathan looks confused
"See it as time to relax your muscles from training... Except for a whole week..." Aria says with a gentle smile
The man looks completely confused and I had an idea "Let's say it like this... Once you heal up you can protect me... Oliver and you are very wise and know a lot of things that I still don't know yet and I will need your guys help to learn more about this world..."
"W-We need you at full strength to protect your future Luna and if she has pups to teach the pups about defense" Luke spoke quickly
Jonathan looks at me and smiles widely "Alright... I will accept this orders with no complain"
Yeah that is true. If he is very strong like a few others than it means he is good at training so if I do have children I want them to be trained. Not at a young age though. But I want them to be able to defend themselves if this situation gets out of hand. Speaking of out of hand I need to remember about something. While they made small talk I tried remembering something. Something very important. But why can't I remember it? It's something I even argued earlier with Jeremy about.
I glanced up and saw Kassandra. But when Aria walked by she was gone and I looked around for her. I felt Luke's eyes one me and I looked back. I felt like crying. Kassandra. My breathing felt heavy but I felt the small presence by my side. In a way it relaxed me 'The hunters information... I am ok...' I heard her voice in my head and it made me smile gently. I looked away as I just wanted to hold her against me tightly. I just don't know why I just want to hug Kassandra so badly. But I need to stay calm. I scratch my face as I looked down once.
All the information is in the bunker Luke had made. I remember the bunker clearly. It must be filled. Would it be all dirty by now? I did run for a while and stayed with Jeremy for a bit also. It must still be clean it hasn't even been a whole week since I sent all that information to the bunker. It should all be there. The computers. The videos. The papers. Everything.
"Also... Once healed enough we need to make a small elite group... I have done something and I think if they found out about it we are all in danger" I say with a an awkward smile as I kept my eyes down
I felt Luke's eyes on me "What did you do?"
"Nobody can hear us correct?" I asked with an awkward smile
I didn't even have my phone as it got smashed sadly "No... Nobody..."
"I-I... I convinced a Demon to send all the information from the Hunters into the the bunker you have..." I say as I looked at Luke
"When you mean all their information?" Aria speaks this time
"All of their information... Videos... Paper trails... Everything... I even set fire to the decoy papers in their location before escaping" I explained as I scratched behind my head
Luke stands up and quickly "I need to get the Alpha's here... Nearest Alpha's!"
"NO!" I quickly say
Luke is confused as he looks at me "This is very important!"
I tried standing so Aria assists me "Only Vincent Jeremy and the King... If a spy was able to enter so easily into Jeremy's we don't know if others did the same!"
"She's right Luke..." Aria sides with me
I looked up to him and he spoke gently "Alright... Who else knows?"
"Me..." I hear Kassandra pop up
Everyone turns around and noticed her I had a gentle smile as I asked "I thought nobody else can see you?"
"Daddy shared some of his power with me... Enough for me to stay visible in the human realm for a week... After that I am go into slumber... To much power is exhausting" She says gently
"Daddy?" Luke asked confused
"He is the demon who wants to be free..." she says as she places her hand behind her back
"Alright... This is getting into a dangerous level..." Aria says a bit worried
"Oh we're not even close to dangerous..." Kassandra says as she looks at me
I felt completely shocked but in the end what she says is true.
We are still having everything easy.
