Leon Mo can't wrap his head around it at all. How in the flippity fuck....
Did he end up fucking this man!?
"How the hell did I fuck you?" Wolfe Fang repeated his own question out loud. "You're not even remotely like my type in women!"
"You sure it was you who did the fucking? Check your back." He said, suddenly feeling amused with how panicked this dandy was.
"What are you talking about---Ow!" He grumbled when he sat up. He peered below the blanket, and his face went full-on horror protagonist material.
"You... What the....."
Leon Mo grinned triumphantly. "See? I should be asking why the hell would I fuck someone like you. You're not remotely my type in anything."
Wolfe Fang made a face. "You say that and yet look at the mess you made in my ass---"
Ring! Ring!
Leon Mo's phone that was inside his pant pocket laying down on the floor rang to indicate an incoming call, and he reached out to pick it up. As he did so...
"Leon, love, you're in Hotel Tuanyuan right now at Shijun Street, right?" The voice said the moment he pressed 'Accept'.
It was the gruff voice of a man, but it had a soft tone to it and a slight accent.
Wolfe raised an eyebrow. "Love?"
"Teddy bear, how many times do I have to tell you that just because I turned on my location settings, that doesn't mean you can just track me?" Leon Mo grumbled as he brought the phone to his ears. "I hate that shit."
"Teddy bear?" Wolfe raised his eyebrows even higher.
Leon just shushed him, and listened groggily to the person on the phone.
"Is that a man in the hotel with you?" The person called 'Teddy bear' chuckled. "Damn, I thought you was straight, love."
"I am straight as an arrow, Teddy bear. I was drunk and this guy crawled on me."
Wolfe elbowed him. "What crawled!? I'm not the one calling men teddy bear and took advantage of them while drunk!"
"Will you please shut the fuck up?" Leon said, then turned back to his phone. "Anyway, why'd you call, Teddy?"
"We got a Red Notice report near your area. A witness saw this man and said she spotted him on Shunxing street. The police spotted him and he's on the run." Teddy said. "Just wondering if you can clock him from where you're at."
Leon's eyes widened at this. "Description?"
"Red cap, blue button-up shirt, 1.82 meters. Pretty tall and bulky, can't miss him."
Leon left the bed quickly and peered at the hotel's glass window. He narrowed his sight, and then said.
"Yeah, I see him. So you want me to restrain this guy?"
"He's giving the Beijing cops a hard time." Teddy said. "Would be a huge help, love."
"I'm on it. Tell the cops to block the intersection of Shunxing with Shujin North and Shujin South. That way even if he grabs a vehicle, there would be no way out of Shujin street."
"Roger that."
Leon hang up, and quickly put on his clothes. Wolfe had listened to their conversation and looked confused.
"I thought you don't chase criminals." He asked and started to dress up as well.
"I don't. I'm just helping the police chase him since he's bound to use the alleyways on foot due to the blockage." He said as he buttoned up his shirt up to the collar. "Why are you dressing up?"
"What, am I not supposed to?" Wolfe rolled his eyes. "You still owe me an apology plus I want to see the great Leon Mo in action."
"I can't even remember anything, and you can't remember anything. And so, both of us are innocent until proven guilty."
"Yeah, but you're the one who inserted and my back hurts so you owe me this one." Wolfe insisted, fixing himself up as fast as he can.
He actually managed to get dressed and look decent faster than Leon. He was even the one to notice that Leon hasn't zipped his pants yet and did it for him, saying. "Let's go, 'love'."
Leon grumbled and pushed him back to the bed. "You're not going anywhere. You stay here and then we talk about the accident later."
Wolfe pushed him away. "Let's not waste time with this whole 'It's not safe, you're a civilian' thing. I want to help and I'm already doing so by telling you to not waste your time and just chase after that criminal instead of stopping me from following you."
He ran outside the room already, and Leon Mo cursed, following after him. "Wolfe Fang, you son of a bitch!"
They ran all the way to the elevator, and Wolfe just brought his sunglasses which he somehow managed to grab as he pressed the Ground floor button.
Leon entered on time, grabbing his collar. "I'm serious. This isn't just some exciting chase, that guy could have a firearm and neither you nor I have one."
"So? I'll just dodge the bullet. I'm not a blind puppy to not be able to dodge it." Wolfe rolled his eyes. "The more we argue, the more time that guy has to escape the cops. You may be able to block the driveways but he can still find his way out through the alleys and all the way to the other streets."
Leon grumbled and let his collar go. "Fine. But you stay close behind me and not interfere. If you get injured, don't bitch about it to me. I'm not gonna jump over a bullet for you either."
"Thanks. I don't need it, Superman." He said sarcastically and the elevator finally opened with a ding.
They rushed outside as the receptionists greeted them with an unfinished "Good morning----" and looked from side to side.
"Which direction did you last see him?" Wolfe asked him.
Leon didn't answer and just narrowed his eyes, then yelled "Over there!"
He dashed off to follow he man with a red cap, who was frantically trying to reach Shijun South street. Wolfe followed after Leon perfectly well despite his aching lower back, and they soon managed to get a good 10 meters from the guy.
The criminal noticed the police cars over head, so he changed paths and ran to the alley on the side in between a food shack and an abandoned building.
The police aimed fire at him, and Leon Mo pushed Wolfe Fang's head as the followed after the man. "Get down!"
The man had find his way in a maze of small narrow streets and dumpsters. As he noticed that he was still in pursuit by the duo, he kicked the trash cans to block him.
Leon managed to jump fast over them but Wolfe experienced difficulty, as he was also disgusted by the spilled rotten goods.
He complained. "Fuck, who puts diapers in biodegradable cans----"
"Just hurry up!" Leon took his hand so they could continue running.
Wolfe frowned and suddenly noticed another narrow passageway at the side, and said. "This way!"
"He went this way, what are you talking about? Stop stalling me!" Leon exclaimed still dragging him along.
"You idiot, you'll never catch up to him if you just keep following his trail! I checked on Google Maps earlier, he'll manage to get into the highways soon and possibly hail a cab. Then you'll truly lose him!"
"If we go this way and make a turn to the right after running a few meters, then turn back left, we can intercept him if we run fast enough because he'll have to climb over a fence if he ran straight that way!"
Leon couldn't believe his ears. "You learned all that from just looking at Google Maps for one second? How did you even know he'll run over a fence!?"
"I have really good memory." Wolfe grinned as they ran in the passage that he talked about.
It's only enough for one person to pass through, or two people completely abreast.
"And you didn't notice the warning earlier? It said 'Beware of guard dogs over the fence'." He laughed triumphantly. "Man, are you really the agent here? I think I should be the one taking your job instead----"
"Dogs." Leon stopped him from running. "You're taking us straight to dogs?"
"Yeah, and if the criminal doesn't know how to handle them, it'll take him a long time to get through both the fence and the dogs waiting on the other side----"
"Wolfe Fang, is that just adrenaline rush speaking, or have you gotten over it already?" Leon then asked him.
"Gotten over what?" Wolfe blinked.
"You have an extreme phobia of dogs, remember?" Leon said. "I remember that whenever you see one you would even freeze----"
They then heard barks, and they realized the finally reached the other side of the fence.
It was dark and barely any light past through the high buildings that block any sunlight to reach the alleyways.
And yet large, sharp teeth still glistened with drool on them, as three large black Malinois dogs emerged from the shadows.
Wolfe went completely frozen in place like a statue.
Leon was right. He really did just forget about his fear because of the thrill of the chase.
And now his fear was coming straight towards him with their long mouths ready to tear him apart!
