The African culture is among archaic cultures in the world as we know it. Being religious,old schooled and mostly fear of change they take changes very hard depending on one's background and beliefs.
Being born as the only kid and being looked upto by your family having to live in fear of being a disappointment to your family and community makes it hard for one to be him or herself.
