She placed the flower on the table and walked towards the window seat. "The Crown Prince sent you flower and a note," she said.
Liqiu looked away from the window, she glanced at the poppy flower and looked away. "Get rid of the flower," she muttered leaning forward.
"And the note?"
"Get it," she said stretching out her hand. Her nose wrinkled as she smelled a familiar scent. "He is back to his old tricks, He must be short of ideas".
Manlin's gaze fell on the letter, and Liqiu had a strange look in her eyes. "Is there something in the letter?"
"It is poisoned".
