Aleichenu starts school in a land that has been mishandled and traumatised with various forms of problems. It wasnt easy for a child growing up in a land that is so backward not in resources, but leadership.

Synopsis
The novel chronicles indiscipline, moral decadence and corruption in the society. This brought about crop of problems that man is faced with today and solutions seem to be illusionary as situation keeps getting worse day by day. Every leader that comes is overwhelmed with issues and left handicapped in tackling the problems that have been planted in the society. What were bred over the years are massive unemployment, drug abuse, jobs racketeering, banditary and terrorism, political conflict, religious intolerance and bigotry, infrastructure decay and ritual killing among others. A leader comes to power to squash the problems, but is confronted with the canals to influenced the problems in the society. Getting through the issues is a daunting task, but worth daring.
