Chapter 41 - Working day

Inside Police Station:

(The officers exchange glances, surprised by his directness.)

Hasan: I'm not asking for your trust. I'm going to earn it. I will lead by example, and together, we will make this station one that we can all be proud of. But I need your help to do that.

(There's a moment of silence as Hasan looks each officer in the eye. His strong, assertive demeanor begins to make an impact on the room. Richard and Harry remain stoic, but Eric and Tom exchange a quick look before nodding slightly, seeming to take Hasan's words to heart.)

Hasan: So, let's get to work.(As Hasan finishes, he turns and walks towards his office. Eric and Tom, who immediately start gathering files from a nearby desk.)

Eric: (to Tom, quietly) We need to show him we're on his side. Let's take these unresolved cases to him. Maybe he'll see we're serious about helping.

Tom: Good idea. Let's go.

(Eric and Tom, carrying a stack of files, approach Hasan's office. They knock on the door and enter as Hasan is settling in at his desk.)

Eric: Sir, we've gathered all the unresolved cases from the past few months. We thought it would be good to bring them to your attention. We want to help you get things sorted.

Hasan: (looking up, slightly surprised but appreciative) Thank you, both of you. Let's review them together.

(Meanwhile, in the main office, Richard, Harry, and Parker are watching through the glass window. Richard shakes his head.)

Richard: Look at them, sucking up already. I'm not taking orders from some kid. He's barely out of training, and we've been doing this for years.

Parker: I'm with you. He might be the boss in title, but that doesn't mean he's earned our respect.

Harry: Age doesn't lie. He's younger than us, and that's all anyone needs to know. We'll see how long he can keep this up.

(Hasan's office, where he, Eric, and Tom are deep in discussion over the files.

The atmosphere is professional and focused. Hasan's determination is evident, and Eric and Tom seem increasingly committed to working with him.Hasan saw everyone left for lunch and he told both of them to leave also.)

Hasan: (looking up, slightly surprised but appreciative) Thank you, both of you. But it's getting late, and I know you've had a long day. You can go home now; I'll review these cases myself tonight.

Tom: Are you sure, sir? We don't mind staying a bit longer to help.

Hasan: I appreciate the offer, but I need to go through these on my own. Get some rest. We'll tackle them together tomorrow.

(Eric and Tom nod, a bit hesitant, but they comply. They leave Hasan's office and head towards the exit, passing by the empty desks and quiet offices. They notice the absence of their colleagues.)

Eric: Where is everyone?

Tom: They must've left without asking. Didn't even bother to check with Hasan before leaving.

Eric: That's not good. They're clearly not taking him seriously.

( break room, where the other officers, Richard, Harry, and Parker, are sitting around, finishing their lunch. They laugh and joke, not concerned about the fact that they left without informing their new boss.)

Richard: I'm not waiting around for some kid to tell me when I can leave. He's not in charge of my time.

Harry: I agree. Just because he's got a new title doesn't mean I'm suddenly going to take orders from him.

Soon Eric and tom joined them at lunch and they mock them also.

Eric: You guys are so rude ,atleast asked him for lunch.

Tom: You will see when he will take action,i don't know why he is showing leniency to you guys.

Richard: He knows we are experienced than him. He can't order us around.

Harry: Why you guys are helping him.

Eric: He let us go and said he will do everything we just told him about cases which you experience guys didn't slove.

Tom: He understands everything without even telling him all so i think he has some previous experience we don't know him so don't do bad things to him just repect him.

Parker: Let him try to manage without us. He's not going to last long anyway. We are all going home.

Hasan's Office - Late Night

(Hasan sits at his desk, deep into the files. The room is dimly lit, and the silence is heavy. He reads through case after case, his brow furrowed in concentration. He knows the officers don't respect him yet, but he's determined to change that.)

Hasan (VO): If they won't take me seriously now, they will once I show them what I'm capable of. I'll solve these cases and prove that I deserve this position. I won't just lead by title—I'll lead by action.

(Hasan continues to work late into the night, carefully analyzing each case file, taking notes, and formulating strategies. The camera lingers on his determined expression as the clock ticks away in the background, emphasizing his commitment.)

Outside the Police Station -

(Hasan walks out of the station as the sun sets. He pauses, looking at the horizon, his new name and life ahead of him. He knows the road will be difficult, but he's ready.)

Hasan (VO): A new name, a new life. It's time to make it count.(The camera pulls back as Hasan walks down the street, the station behind him, a man ready to face whatever comes his way.)

Police Station - The Next Morning

(The next day, Hasan walks into the station, files in hand. He's tired but resolute. As the other officers arrive, they notice him already at his desk, reviewing the files from the night before.)

Hasan: (firmly, addressing the room) Good morning. I've reviewed the unresolved cases, and I've identified several leads that we'll be following up on today. We have work to do, and I expect everyone to be on top of it.

(The officers exchange uneasy glances. Eric and Tom, having seen Hasan's dedication, nod in agreement. The others, still skeptical, realize that Hasan might be more serious than they thought.)

Richard: (quietly to Parker) Maybe we underestimated him.Parker: We'll see. But if he can solve some of these cases, he might just win us over.
