Ana had always suspected that there was a thing with Ethan not wanting her to leave for her apartment. She had randomly mentioned it in the car while she they were on their way and he began to list several million reasons why she shouldn't return to her apartment and should say at The Ressurrcted. He had even mentioned asking Miss Marcey for help if she ever needed something and didnt want to ask him. When she reminded him that she would one day have to leave, he mentioned leasing a room to her at The Ressurected if shr didnt feel safe enough to be staying there for free.
Ana took her mind off the topic knowing there was no way out to convince him. Or maybe she took her mind off of it because deep down she didnt want to leave the Ressurected.
