They ran along the road until they couldn't see the college. They were excited for that day but they didn't plan a single thing about their day out. They walked slowly, breathing heavily as they ran so far.
A long time ago, Lora wanted to compare what is more beautiful. If it is the day in town or the night in town. Then, she thought she could never be able to compare that, even in her wildest dream she did not expect this to happen. This was not the first time she came to the town at the day but it was less than a dozen times.
The road was carpeted, and there were sidewalks on both sides of the road paved with dark red and gray bricks. From place to place, there were different types of trees planted on the sidewalks, which gave the town a natural vibe.
Four years before, when Lora first came to the town at night it was only dark red bricks bedecked the sidewalks.
"Where should we head now?" Samura interrupted Lora's thoughts.
"Mmm... I don't know. Do you?" She asked the same question back.
"Absolutely.... No!" Samura laughed while Lora rolled her eyes.
"Umm... Maybe, wherever our heads turn?" Samura pursed her lips and gave an irritated look. Lora laughed and continued to walk while Samura stayed where she was. Samura narrowed her eyes and watched Lora go without her.
"Wait for me!" Samura screamed. Lora turned back, and when Samura was about to go near her, she turned again and ran. Samura chased her.
"Why?" Asked Samura when Lora stopped suddenly. "This cafe looks stunning." Lora was looking at the cafe she showed Samura, and her eyes were glittering.
"I'm surprised that with the speed you ran, you did see this cafe." Samura was right. "I know right?" Lora looked at her and replied.
"Um..." Lora clicked her lips. "How about we try something at this cafe?" She looked at Samura with pleading eyes while mumbling 'Please.' Lora had round green eyes and if she gave puppy eyes to someone it was really hard for that person to ignore a request of hers.
" Okay... we---" Before she finished what she was going to say, Lora ran into the cafe.
The cafe looked stunning as Lora said. It had a brown aesthetic look and a vibe. The sidewalk, which had dark red and gray bricks also suited the taste of the case. so was the Maple tree, which had got its autumn colors. The cafe had a few glass cubics showing the inside of the cafe. Glass cubics were placed in three rows and three columns on the wall of the side of the food showcase. It attracted the customers with the look.
The door of the cafe was like a Grand Victorian door with stained glass. Samura entered the cafe after Lora. Inside the cafe on the left side, there was the cashier and the food showcase, and in the corner, behind that was a small fridge with a transparent glass door. On the right side, there were a few small round brownish tables with two black steel chairs for each one. And the middle had a little space enough to move two persons. The lights gave a yellow light.
Lora was already ordering something and gestured showing Samura the back door. Samura could not understand anything. So, she stood behind Lora as a statue, who came to life a few seconds ago. Lora paid. Taking the tray of their food she smiled at the server and went to the back door. Samura quickly opened the door since Lora had the tray in her hand. They both were stunned for a couple of seconds and looked at each other with amusement.
