Francesco Abbatino was just a boy who had a dream of becoming a doctor in the next 30 years, way back when he was just eight. He would study hard in school to get excellent grades mainly to ignite the joy in his mother, Luna Blanco who lost her husband, the notorious Lorenzo Abbatino. Francesco never saw the actions of his father or maybe he was just too young to realize they weren't any good. Lorenzo Abbatino was among the shortlisted drug lords in Italy in the year 1904. He was captured and killed by his own drug cartel for betrayal when he finally wanted to escape the possible dangers which were certain to come his way and live a normal and decent life with his wife. Francesco was just three years old when his father's body was found lying in a pool of blood inside one of his private mansions.

Unlike his father, Francesco Abbatino was more focussed on his academic success. His mother, Luna Blanco gave him almost all the motivation he needed to continue with his journey to become a doctor just as Francesco wanted. Even though Francesco used to ask about his father, but not only did his mother try to hide the truth but also she included more lies to prevent his son from getting worried about a past that had nothing to do with the future ahead of him.

After his high school education, Francesco got admission into University of Parma which was just a few miles away from home. The best part of the admission was that, he was given the opportunity to study Medicine and Surgery which was a six-year journey. So, it seemed that the dream that was developed in Francesco's mindset when he was only eight was still in action until something happened and everything got fuzzy.
