"What a wonderful answer." Even the host was smiling from ear to ear after he said that. "For her last appeal, contestant number 11 will show us a skit."
I received a clap making me take a deep breath. 'I just need to do well just like how I practiced.' I thought as I looked at the spotlight above. The sounds of birds chirping started and the background of a garden behind me lit up, letting me know that I need to start my act.
I sighed just like Andy told me to do.
"If I could be free to marry just like everybody else, I wouldn't feel so lonely."
The lines were kind of cheesy, but I trust Andy that it'll make a huge impact on the judges.
"The prince I've been waiting for hasn't appeared yet, until when should I be waiting for him to come?"
As I was about to walk towards the front, I heard a shout from the crowd.
"SOMEONE LIKE HER DOESN'T DESERVE TO PERFORM ON STAGE!"
