Okay, so that you guys are here to take some extra information about the power level and stuff of this novel to expand your views and horizon in the field of knowledge. then you came to right chapter. so without any more blabbering let's get to the main point.

#1st is Tier.

What is Tier? is what everyone's questions is and I will give you a small but understandable explanation about tier.

1. We have here Tier 1 to Tier 9 for our initial novel season. What I mean is that there will be more tiers at later seasons.

2. Tier 1 creatures are the weakest Creatures who are just newly borned or of lower bloodline races. While Tier 9 creatures are the strongest in the initial novel season.

#2nd is Level. so what is Level?

Well here Level is same as levels you play in games and the way to gain level is by getting exp points and for getting exp points there are different options for different classes. for example a fighter of any type will gain exp by training or killing while blacksmith will get exp by making equipments, potion maker with potions, constructors with making buildings and etc. but killing monsters will get exp points you for any class.

#3rd Potential cap and Level cap

Well potential cap can be used for monsters or beasts while level cap is for human, elfs and drawfs.

there are two types of potential cap in monster and beast kingdom which are individual potential cap and race potential cap.

1. Individual potential cap means that the last evolution a monster or beast can have after reaching the level 10 of any tier.

when their level 10 exp bar become full they get option to on which direction they want to evolve. if they are lucky they also can get race change path which can make them breakthrough from their race bloodline to higher one. because of this their potential cap will also reach high evolution path and they can become more powerful because they have more room to grow.

2. Race potential cap means a race which have a potential cape of rank 5 meaning tier 5 evolution or 5th evolution. that race cannot become rank 6 there is only one way to gain 6th evolution for this race and that is race change option. which they will get mandatorily after their race potential is over and they gain level 10 full exp bar of their last evolution tier.
