Nathan POV
"Have you gone mad, Nathan, do you hear yourself talk? You talk like a madman! Now you're going to become a murderer for that woman too? If your mother knew, she would die of moral shame. This is madness!" Mention my mother and I hesitate.
"Let him go right now Nathan, you've already punished him. If you let him go, I'll talk to him myself and fix this whole mess before you end up in a maximum security prison for your idiocies. But you let him go now" He orders, turning from irony to anger.
"I will do no such thing. I warned you father, I told you that if anything ever happened to Emily you would know the worst of me."
"But what do I have to do with whatever he has done against Emily? Why are you threatening me? Why do you want to attack the family name?" he questions disengaging from reality, which inevitably makes me want to hit him: "Okay yes, we are colleagues but I didn't send him after your girl."
