"I thank you all very much for taking the time to be here with me. Even though some of you don't know me" I saw that double entendre their friend: "I need to see myself accompanied by the people I love, my family, my friends, and of course my beloved Harry and my in-laws of these past few years."
She raised her glass in the direction of Nathan and Harry's parents and they nodded flattered, next to them I saw the face of Amelia's mother; the Secretary of State.
And next to her I see Brie, sporting a vulgar dress that immediately indisposed me.
"I hope you enjoy this great gathering of England's VIPs, more than I did" Double meaning again: "And by the way, I thank you all for any gifts you may have brought. For everyone's information, those gifts will be donated to charitable causes. It's my offering to the birthday gods."
