Nathan POV
"Brie to sleep!" I hold the handle without so she won't turn it and get out, but the girl insists.
I stand there for a good while waiting for her surrender and only twenty minutes later she seems to give up on the idea. I take advantage of the next few minutes that seem calm and when I think she has finally moved away from the door, I release the handle and run to the stairs in a hurry escaping her immeasurable intensity.

Emily POV
"Are you sure you don't want to go to sleep, it's late already, it's inhuman for Peter to come after you? Go to sleep in my room and I'll walk you home tomorrow, I promise" The night had come to the penthouse, we both had our pajamas on and yet Nathan still hadn't arrived or given any sign.
I didn't know exactly what to feel but if one thing was certain it was that I was not happy.
"I won't make Peter come but I won't leave you here alone in that state you're in either. A little more anger and your eyes will start to turn red."
