Emily POV
After launching on some nice pieces of barbecue and ribs, everyone goes back to talking to each other while Nathan and I remain silent the whole time making me realize how, unlike the chestnut, Harry was very comfortable in his father's environment along with his friends.
"How about we leave?" I mutter against his lobe.
This one smiles as if I'm proposing to him to go on a night of lust, so I end up rolling my eyes.
"Let's go to the movies" I don't know how I come up with it, or why but the idea sounds great in my head. Everything seemed better rather than continuing to stand here listening to his boring talk business, Harry second him and his colleagues just repeat yes and yes like they were spineless robots.
Nathan looks at me quizzically but I know in his mind the idea sounds as fantastic as it does in mine.
"Only if we don't see any romance."
Right in the chest.
"Then terror?"
