Emily's POV
"You are so different from point to point. But you just step back a little and you see the whole picture" He points at me from head to toe, taking the opportunity to review his gaze on me: "And you're lovely, you're this pretty green-eyed girl who happens to be very different from the crowd."
I remain silent and looked directly into his eyes, enraptured by his words and the charisma in them, putting pressure on my chest that made unwanted thoughts cross my mind. While according to Nathan I was very different from the pack, I could bet an ovary that he was making me feel like the rest of the girls when he talked to them like this.
"You're doing it again" I say rolling my eyes, and raising my hand to ask the bartender for another Long Island.
For situations like that, I think that will be my favorite drink.
"What am I doing?"
"You're flirting, you know you shouldn't do that."
