"Don't talk in circles, Roseanne. It confused me. I don't know if I should be annoyed because I pissed you off or happy because you're jealous."
Rosie glanced at Aslan over her shoulder. She then gently touched her husband's hair and kissed his temple gently.
"I was jealous . . . and that pissed me off," said Rosie, making Aslan smile.
Rosie forgot how to breathe for a second when she saw her husband's radiant face. Aslan, who rarely showed any expression, was smiling widely, making Rosie's heart skip a beat. Her stomach seemed full of butterflies.
However, that feeling only lasted a few seconds because she felt Aslan's face getting closer. Rosie put her hand in front of Aslan's mouth who was about to kiss her.
"Aslan, I just want to take a shower and don't want to do anything right now."
