"Oh, both of them left?" asked Renee with surprise.
It was only last night when Wendy had told her that they were going to stay for a while before leaving.
"Yes, I heard that lady Lilian was proposed to by a viscount a few months ago. She wrote to him and he asked them to come and meet them. So, they left in a hurry." said Lucy as she kept coming her hair.
Renee smiled. So it was a happy ending. She was glad that Wendy had mend her away and now they are going to live a happy life separately.
If possible, she did not want to meet the girl ever.
She saw in the mirror how Lucy adjusted her hair. The precious stones were hanging in her hair clip.
