Ivory watched him silently for a moment, a blunt, shrewd smirk on her long, rosy lips. "Wow! Do you think you can fool me with such a deceitful answer? Do I look like an idiot to you?" she complained.
"I didn't lie...Since others are dismissive, I plan to pick it up and help you...How can you doubt my intentions?" He wrinkled his face and opposed her boldly.
"Why should I trust someone like you?" Squinting her eyes, she glared at him. "A person like me? Then do you have to believe in animals?" He blinked his eyelashes in surprise and came back to his senses.
"Whatever, I don't even want to talk to a thief like you! Wait, I should go to the police myself!" Suddenly, she picked up her mobile phone and impulsively dialled a number.
