This was its spoils of war just "dug up" from an underground burrow.
Although Jackal-Wolf people held a low status within the Monster Race, they were cunning, ferocious, and very adept at digging tunnels. Coupled with their keen sense of smell, very few Cultivators hiding underground could escape their pursuit.
Most importantly, the tunnels connecting Flying Catkins Valley to the outside world had all been destroyed by the Great Monster Giant Elephant.
Some Cultivators hiding underground had sadly met their fate, while the rest were captured one after another by the Jackal-Wolf people.
Of course, the Jackal-Wolf people's excavation efforts were not always smooth sailing.
They encountered strong resistance and suffered casualties as well.
