East Sea County, East Sea City, both the inner and outer city districts were somewhat chaotic and noisy.
Whether it was the handsome gentlemen in suits and leather shoes, the noblewomen in lace gloves, or the newspaper boys commonly seen on the streets, and the carters driving horse carriages. Both the residents of the city and tourists from other places stopped in their tracks, looked up at the sky, and towards the north of East Sea City.
They had expressions of unsettled shock. Some still had their mouths agape, unable to close them, while others wore surprised looks and fervently discussed with acquaintances.
