Location: East Sea County, along the coast, Red Fish Village.
A cool, damp sea breeze blew by, stirring up peaks of waves on the surface of the sea. From a distance, the rippling layers resembled rows of egrets in flight. As the waves crashed against the rocks, they exploded into scores of pure white, crystalline spray jets.
The brackish sea roared like thunder, the wave fragments tumbling into snow-white foam. The black rock layer remained unyielding and steadfast.
At the top of the rock, a man wearing a trench coat and a wide-brim hat stood as steadfast as a tree, holding a black suitcase in his hand.
On the yellow beach next to the rock, a group of fishermen returning from the sea were grappling with their wooden boats. Their roles were clearly divided: some were dragging the freshly caught fish from the boat, while others were tying ropes around the rocks.
