Be it the Hong Li Empire or the Hong Li Federation, Florence is their capital. Boasting a history of over a thousand years, this ancient city isn't outdated but rather brims with vitality, much like an old tree rejuvenated in spring.
Aside from some buildings of memorial significance or special structures, the districts of Florence undergo regular refurbishment. Infrastructure, wall finishes, underground water pipelines, smooth streets, all are maintained by dedicated personnel.
Florence is divided into seven districts. The first one, the heart of Florence, houses the Royal Palace of the Hong Li Empire. Occupying no small area, it's the residence for the royal family. The second district, situated next to the central city, houses the Council Hall as its key structure. It's the power hub of the entire empire, with ten upper council members and dozens of lower council members.
