Whoosh…Whoosh…Whoosh…
Three silhouettes darted rapidly through the labyrinth passageways of the fifth level of the Akaba Ruins. Different from the top three levels, this level was architecturally more like an ancient miniature city, rather than any sort of subterranean structure. At a glance, the entire fifth level of the Akaba Ruins was nestled within a hollowed-out cavity in the cliff.
The space was immensely large, presenting a flattened elliptical shape.
The peak of this structure was cloaked in a bioluminescent moss that casted a hazy phosphorescent illumination over the entire level.
Under the shroud of this celestial glow, the dense and overlapping silhouettes of buildings cast a domino effect on the miniature city. There were round mushroom-like huts, tall and pointed religious church-like structures, and ordinary flat bungalows.
All of these buildings were composed of a special kind of white stone.
Their surface was rough, as if weathered by time.
