The Black Mechanism has conducted power and danger assessments for most known organizations and has also made a broad categorization of all sorts of diverse supernatural powers. Although relatively crude, this classification is indeed objectively reasonable.
E-Class, power analogous to a Handgun. It can pose a sufficient threat to a normal adult human, and can fight against at least ten people.
D-Class, power analogous to a heavy machine gun. It can completely overpower ordinary humans who are unable to resist. If committed to killing without hesitation, it could easily kill hundreds.
C-Class, power analogous to an Artillery Gun. It can cause severe destruction to buildings, possessing very strong destructive mobility.
B-Class, power analogous to Rocket Grenades. It can cause large-scale injury, destruction sweeping across a large area. It can at least demolish a small building and drastically affect an entire block.
