"Like what?" Cher asked, knowing that Hao wouldn't say such a thing without much info he knew more than everyone else.

"They have to provide us with evidence of their real life talents at such professions," he said, making everyone puzzled, "for example, craftsmen shall have an interest in forging in real life, better to be steel workers or engineers. Tailors must be real tailors in real life, or have an interest in such a thing at least as a hobby."

"Isn't this…" Hil paused as she looked around, before adding when she got nods from nearly everyone here, "a bit too much? It's just a game after all."

"Just do as I say," Hao didn't explain further, yet from his firm answer everyone here knew he was speaking out of experience and knowledge.

"Ok, you are the boss," Cher was the one to put an end to this debate, "just state your conditions clearly and we'll publish them in our post. What else folks? Come on, use the happy mood of our boss here and propose another good thing."
