"I'd like to trust you, but you must understand my caution," you say. It's quite a story to swallow from someone you've just met.
"I don't know what to do next," Salar says. "I just know that the answers are in Medaris."
You have to agree. This will all be clearer there. "I think you're right," you say. "We'll figure this out in Medaris. But you need to bide your time and be patient. Promise me you won't do anything rash."
"I promise," Salar says, and you believe him.
