Chapter 132 - 133

"When I want your advice," you tell Vanya, "I'll ask for it. Now go back to the caravan and get ready to depart."

Vanya merely grunts and pushes his way past you to where the bulk of your forces wait, farther back on the small peninsula of solid ground on which you stand.

"It might look deep at the moment," says Drazha from the water's edge, "but I think we'll be able to stick to what high ground there is. Besides, I believe it's high tide at the moment."

You watch as the wind stirs up the water's surface. "Perhaps at low tide some new routes will reveal themselves," you say. "In the meantime, we'll just have to try not to get lost in the mist."

To the east, the marsh extends into deeper water, but you can make out a path of raised ground leading away to the north, and others to the east and west. The caravan awaits your orders.
