I wasn't sure who was at the door but I know for a fact that it can't be my dad, maybe it is one of the house keepers. I was about to say come in but the person didn't wait for my response before coming in. I am shocked to see my dad when the door was opened.
"Dad, you are here?" I asks out of curiosity.
"I got off work early, so I decided to come home" he says in a low tone.
My mom just stared at him without saying a word, she had a blank expression on her face. It was a little bit awkward and I can see my dad feels nervous around my mom.
"I will talk to you later dear" my mom says with a faint smile, I nod.
My mom left the room, my dad eyes followed her until he couldn't see her anymore. My dad sigh...
"How have you been my princess?" He asks with a faint smile. I can tell that my dad is exhausted already, he doesn't want to loose the love of his life.
