I was quiet throughout my way back home. I was greatful mister didn't bother to ask me what was wrong, he went with the flow and also stayed quiet. We finally got home, I got of the car without saying anything, I hope mister doesn't find it disrespectful.
"You are back early" my mom says with a smile as soon as she noticed my presence.
I gave a faint smile, I wasn't really in the mood to have a conversation with her or anyone. I just want to go to my room and sleep for the entire day.
"Yes, mom I am back early. I will be going upstairs now" I say in a low tone.
"You should go freshen up, will be going out for dinner" she says in a cheerful tone.
I don't really feel like going anywhere, I just want to rest and I don't have any appetite to eat right now.
"Can we do this some other time, I am not really in the mood for this right now" I say in a low tone.
"Are you okay darling?" She asks with concern.
